Hi I too was a WW and only lost 3 pounds. Now at a nutritionist and my weight has not budged yet. My goals are 11-1350 calories, 0-120 carb, fat 50-100, protein 70-130.. I love the nutritionist she has got it together, but I think its my 42 year old, post menopausal body that doesnt want to get rid of the fat...

Dont feel bad we all have to battle sugar.. I ate a piece of oreo ice cream cake today.. I know it was not good, but tomorrow is a new day and its the 4th of July. :smile:

Decide if you are really hungry or just thirsty. Try to drink 3 glasses of water before noon and have a high protein breakfast... and be sure that you are getting enough protein at every meal. Dont fill up with carbs.
