How do you make a hyperlink? Can't seem to get it to become one and I don't seem to see it in the MFP help.

Sabra (or Sabras...Sabre?) It's read and they have a garlic one that is amazing!

I agree with most here that calories are the most important thing for weight loss and if you want to get in shape making some time for exercising is important. If you're really pressed for time (and don't want to buy some dumb bells or kettle bells to work with at home) I'd suggest some body weight workouts. They usually…

Just keeping in mind that its about progress not perfection. Missing a day, having a treat, etc. isn't a bad thing, just don't let it become a habit.

Fabulous job! Keep up the amazing work!

I would say just whatever you comfortable with. Some obsess over scale number and weigh a lot worrying about minor fluctuations, others want to see definite results and do it once a week. Since I'm a big guy I lose pretty quickly at times (still have fluctuations), but because I'm big I weight M/W/F. Once I get down a fair…

If it were me, I'd create a meal with all the ingredients. Then try to divide or eat it in equal portions. That way you can add the meal you created as some amount less than 1 on your log (dividing the total amount of calories used for the meal, opposed to trying to estimate how much of each ingredient is in a particular…

1 scoop protein powder, 2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 6oz greek yogurt, and add some cinnamon to taste; just mix the protein powder and PB together in a bowl, then mix in the yogurt and cinnamon. Makes a great and tasty PB protein fluff.

Hiking and swimming. But I'm a big guy, so it doesn't take that long for me to burn that much. Still they are two of the higher calorie burning exercises I can think of.

Personally, I save up for drinking; burn some calories earlier and try to burn some the next day (depending on how successful the night was). As for actual drinks, I usually have a gin and tonic or Guinness. I forget the actual calorie count in each, but they're not to bad. But stay away from sweet and fruity cocktails.…

It's not a single death, but Six Feet Under series finale ending. I watched probably the last part of that season at once and when she's driving away and Sia's Breathe Me starts playing and then it flashes forward to the deaths of all the characters (that are still alive) like usually do at the beginning of episodes...I…

Sunflower seeds and beef jerky. Haven't actually done a road trip with them while dieting, but you can chew and suck on them forever to satisfy a nibbling urge.

I think maybe it can be, for me it's more educational to look at others' diaries (getting food/item ideas, meal/recipes ideas, etc.). I also like people to look at mine; I'm usually pretty confident in my calories (I do eat to BMR on my cheat day, but even with that my weekly calories are more than in check). There are…

College: Go Tennessee Volunteers! Geaux Louisiana Tigers! And then any SEC team. NFL: Go Saints, Ravens, and any Manning (even if he's thrown 15 interceptions in 6 games...).

I definitely suggest measuring. I was stuck at a plateau for a month or so and was pretty down about it (kept losing/gaining the same lbs), but I lost inches on my measurement totals. I would also suggest eating more in general, as well as, eating you exercise calories back. At least try it out for a couple week or so to…

Guessing you liked The Twilight Zone and if you did I would suggest Star Trek TOS. I'm a pretty big SciFi geek and have been watching that for the past week or two (just for fun, not as a distraction while working out). Addditionally, I have listened to videogame soundtracks while working out with are interesting. Many of…
