When I need extra calories but don't want to head for the chips or cookies, I'll eat a handful or two of nuts, some cheese, avocados, and cook with olive oil. It's healthy fat but will still ramp up your cals.

Yep! I just recently started to get back on track but it seems like it's taking forever to lose it this time. This is the heaviest I've ever been. Ive only been consciously trying to drink more this past week. About 8-9 glasses a day. Hopefully my body will get used to it soon.
