Maybe we just need to stop making excuses for WHY we eat. Because even if we choose to eat, we can still find something healthy, can't we? Just take responsibility and move on... Excuses keep us fat.

you can eat food with electrolytes, you don't have to drink them!! also - be VERY careful with sports drinks... most are very high in sodium. sodium potassium calcium magnesium chloride ... and i think phosphate and carbonate hoping i remember my chemistry correctly!! :smile: also - a migraine has nothing to do with WHERE…

I weighed 335# and I was over 40... have PCOS, DM 2, had HTN, high chol, high triglycerides, bad knees... I did it without surgery. However, I would never say surgery doesn't help some people. We are individuals and so is our journey to better health...

LOL Not a big deal, really. My day won't be long... and I DO get Holiday pay... so that's always a good thing! :happy: Plus, I get a short day tomoz for Chad's first day at a new school. Life is good. I am blessed!

Oh... I think I want to finish this Challange before I start another one. I'd rather have the next Challenge shorter than just drop off this one near the end. Sara, What I feel the need to say is #1) Don't look at it as a diet... because it's a lifestyle change. Truly, diets don't work. If they did, there would be no fat people walking around... but there are PLENTY of them! And most of them have done EVERY diet known to man! (BTW, I still consider myself a fat person.) #2)…
