Just some friendly advice. I just did what you are doing. Pushed myself on my cardio. Check your Heart Rate while doing so. I just got in trouble over this same stuff by my personal trainer. I was burning off carbs, not fat, because I was working TOO hard. My HR was in the 150-160 range. SO now... I LOVE nursing! I've been doing it for a very long time now! I also loved staying home with my older 3 kids when they were little. (I was married then... and now, I am not!) In any case... I worked nights a long time ago - for about 2 years. Hated those hours!!
