I need to use some of these! But when I'm feeling "hungry" (which is really when I'm feeling bored, stressed, lonely, or otherwise emotional), I like to go to sleep to prevent myself from bingeing. I love sleep, and can't seem to get enough, lol.

In the past week you have hardly even reached 1200 calories a day, and some days your workouts gave you almost 1000 extra! Eat more, and you will lose, I swear. Don't worry too much about the sugar, just try to keep it coming from fruit and stuff, rather than candy bars, or something like that.

I always make time for Zumba on Tuesday nights, sometimes Wednesday or Thursday, as well. I like to put my workouts into my schedule just like a class or a meeting or study time, so that I have no excuse to miss it. Otherwise I would get too busy and not workout, which would not be good. I wish I had one at home! My gym has a bunch though, and it's my favourite cardio exercise on days that I don't Zumba, lol. I keep my iPod playing, but I like to sneak peaks at what others are watching, lol. I crank the crossramp and the resistance up to 10 (and high for HIIT), and go to it for 30-60 minutes!

Only had water today, but I don't drink coffee anyway. I tried to keep added sugar in food low, but I baked a cake last night, and finally had a piece today, lol.
