there is a big health campaign in australia that says 2 fruit 5 veg as a min for the day. I make a dish pretty often either as a side with a peice of meat or as a breakfast with an egg. Cherry tomatoes Asparagus Mushrooms dice everything and pop in to a hot pan sprayed with olive oil, season with salt n pepper.

Try having some non food rewards ready to go when you reach a mini goal. you can treat yourself with these things and feel like you have had a instant gratification treat when you need one :) Mine is some new bed things - when i reach 10 kilos i already know which i am getting have them cut out of a magazine on the fridge…

I have a tupperware container that i fill every morning before work with a mix of raw fruit and veg and snack on it between breakfast and lunch in it usually is carrot, green beans, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and grapes, i some times add apple, pear, mushrooms, snow peas, capsicum.... what ever is in the fridge

a frittata (like a quiche with out the pastry and filled up with sliced veg) make wraps instead of sandwiches = more filling less carb rice balls (use brown rice and mashed lentils) fruit salad
