This is amazing! exactly what i want to look like, i have lost 16 pounds i am currently 160 pounds but would like to get to your 'after' as my goal, did you do any specific work outs or specific foods at all?

I have done both, and i find MFP a lot better for me and my personal needs you can keep track of your calories, carbs, fats and proteins as well as exercise etc
