oh my...i only do like 2 1/2 hours of cardio a week. :/ i lift and stuff but im not counting that as gym time because i dont know the exact time it takes. Is on 2 and a half hours bad a week??

Wow thats awesome. And i cant help but notice that as the pictures go on and you loose the weight..you actually smile...and then that smile gets bigger and bigger. :) I hope you are sooo proud of yourself!

i fricken love movie theater popcorn. its like the top reason why i like to go to the movies...which is why i havent gone in a long time because i just cant resist the smell..with extra butter. o sweet jesus its soooooo good.

Hello fellow shortaaysss lol. I switch it up every other time i go to the gym. I do the eliptical and then the arc trainer(its like an eliptical except its more of a gliding motion and at an incline). I do it for 35 minutes with a 5 minute cool down. Ive bought 2 hrm watch things which i dont think are accurate at all. So…

Eh I usually do 2-3 reg sliced what ever type of meat. I just figure as long as im not like piling it on that if im a little over..its healthy deli meat(boars head chicken ect)
