Pasta Calories
I wish pasta boxes were more clear on calories of COOKED pasta. The barella protein spaghetti said 200 calories for 2 ounces of pasta. 2 ounces of cooked pasta is like nothing. It didn’t say anything about calories for cooked pasta. Someone has got to have an answer for me lol

Pasta serving size
I just ate some pasta and I have no idea if I ate alot and I'm thinking I ate way more calories than I thought. The box said the serving size is 2oz dry. When you weigh 2 ounces of cooked pasta it's like nothing!

Feeling guilty

speed vs. resistance
Which is better. LIke when doing the eliptical or arc trainer (am arc trainer is kind of like an eliptical but more of a gliding up and down motion) is it better to go fast or to use more resistance and go slower. I dont mean like barley moving slower i just mean not as fast lol. does that make sense?

Just made a better choice
Just a small success I had. At work they are ordering me lunch today from a sandwich shop. instead of getting a bufalo chicken sandwich or anything fried..i went with a veggie wrap. Didnt even have to think about it really. a few months ago...i would not have made and been happy with this decision.
