I feel ya. If i dont eat before a workout I feel like im going to pass out and i end up not working as hard. Im interested to see what people say. I usually eat dinner like around 530 then go to the gym and lift and stuff and by the time i do cardio its like 7ish.

lifting weights has def helped with loosing, weight, even with the light weight that i have been doing.

Completley agree. Once I get close to the 250 friend mark i go through them and the ones that havent logged in, or dont really post stuff i delete. its nothing personal i just want friends who keep me motivated.

I don't like stare but I def peek and it is a big motivator for me. I especially love when someone starts after i already have..and they they finish before Im done lol. Im like ya booo yahhh i win lol. I know its not a competition. And when people look at mine im like what you want a challenge? lol

When Im at the gym im there to work my *kitten* off. I dont care about make up i dont care how my hair looks. I'm stinky sweaty and my face is red and blotchy,..i dont think anyone for that matter would want this girl coming towards them lol

I dont get how people stuggle to eat 1200 calories a day!! lol i wish i had that problem. I am starting to go to the gym more just so i dont go over lol
