That's what I do - the package says it's 10 servings for the whole pack, I'm serving a family of 5 and want it to last for 2 meals (mostly because of calories), I cook half the pack and divide it evenly amongst the plates.

Both were not showing (i.e. food and exercise to Fitbit from MFP, or steps from Fitbit to MFP). Thankfully it's fixed now for me.

Same problem here...first time I've EVER had problems with it syncing. I've unlinked and relinked but it doesn't seemed to have fixed the problem. I guess we'll just have to wait it out and see.

Not sure why it's not working. I'll have a look when I'm not on my phone.

Fresh out of the freezer (where I store them until I'm ready to eat them)

I'd say you used too much coconut milk. Or maybe it's because of different brands??? Mine have never turned out runny with the recipe as listed above...

Thanks!

I cook mine up the same way as you but with apple instead of the added sugar. nom nom nom

Pita pockets stuffed with cream cheese, baby spinach, baby rocket, cucumber and turkey/chicken breast. Pita pockets stuffed with oven roasted vegetables (think capsicum, zucchini, mushroom, eggplant, sundried tomatoes etc) and cottage cheese. Left overs from the previous night's dinner.

When you said you had great results, did you start seeing some decent muscle definition? Did you lose some body fat %? That's what I'm really after.

You may have to substitute the coconut milk or almond milk for these: * http://proteinpow.com/2014/03/naked-bake-protein-bars.html * http://proteinpow.com/2014/01/ancient-cocoa-paleo-protein-bars.html * http://proteinpow.com/2013/10/tiramisu-protein-bars.html (no almond or coconut milk in this one!) *…

It's probably not the right thing to do, but it has worked so far for me: I look up a similar item on MFP and select one with a high calorie count and completely over estimate how much I actually had (i.e. if I had a cup I would enter 2 cups). I do that to cover my bases and then eat well for the rest of the day. It will…

So, are you saying that the rest of the world's food options should be left out because it's an American-based company? Or do you have a plan where the US government talks to other governments of the world to ensure the accuracy of their food products too? Under your plan, would there be any way for people to add in their…
-
The question is which government should mandate the accuracy, given it's a globally used website/app...and not all foods available in the US are available in the UK, Australia, China, Russia, Finland, Namibia, etc etc...you get my point... Edited for spelling.
