  • I like to fast on work days. I try to never fast on weekends. I usually do not get home until 6:00, just in time to fix supper and then curl up with a blanket and book. I seem to get the chills when I fast so a blanket feels wonderful... Chills are worth it because the morning after a fast the whole world feels lighter...…

  • I cut mine in half, clean seeds out, wrap in foil and cook in crock pot on high for 4-5 hrs. You could use small amount of butter and brown sugar. I eat mine plain. This is a great way to cook sweet potatoes too. Enjoy..
