i eat popeyes every other day and empty out cheezits. if there was 5 guys around me, i'd go there everyday. and i still managed to get to 10 bf. just eat whatever you like and eat less calories. really, please.

^ this. if your goal is not to gain muscle, and you are content with how you look, then weighing is irrelevant. i recommend you not weigh yuorself because water weight will be a factor that contributes to sporadic increases/decreases

no difference between a high carb or high fat diet. if you meet your macros and eat at a deficit, youll look the same either way.

Lol if you take those options seriously. Your maintenance might not necessarily be the same as others so an app ' suggestion is prolly inaccurate. Just establish a weekly caloric goal and keep track on a weekly basis if you gained weight. No need to complicate things.
