to be honest, i cant tell the difference. but the effort is all that matters
-
no. you're giving yourself an excuse to go back to bad habits.
-
im in the exact opposite situation. i keep myself motivated by seeing how much weight i gain on a weekly basis. but you gaining 5 lb, unless you know for certain that this 5 lb has been there for more than 2 weeks, is most likely water weight
-
lol i screwed up my left knee from squatting recently. still doing it though
-
whey protein is probably the highest protein to calorie ratio. i do not know of any non-dairy products. but aside from the obvious ones, cottage cheese is soemthing that is often skipped over
-
no you're good
-
no because theyre all on celltech
-
i dont push myself hard enough so i wouldnt know
-
just do deadlifts, squats, ohp and bench. do that for at least half a year. when you actually look like you lift, change it

health benefits
-
pick a weight that you can lift with good form for 8-12 reps

lots of wk's lol

1) is the pain primarily on your lower back during ab isolations? 2) if you were to do leg raises, would your lower back also be in pain? if so, you may have apt. and you need to start improving posture, strengthening hamstrings, and glutes on top of abs.
-
LOL STRONG EVERYTHING good try comparing airbrushed guy with perfect lighting vs a dyel guy with apt
-
drink water, eat foods that will keep you satiated
-
deadlifts
-
you should start little. cutting back what you love eating and eating more of what you "should"
-
just do it
-
dont even know your stats just drink coffee before lifting
-
youre overthinking. if your purpose is to cut, and youre reaching a respectable calories burnt why does it matter whether it is hiit or not?
-
653 posts and you still dont know? just eat less
-
dont matter. do whatever the f you wanna do. if you met your macros and micros, you can and should eat what you want. timing is also irrelevant
-
i dont like talking to anyone in the gym. but my friend seems to be able to meet women all the time this way.
-
you're 18. why not just enjoy eating what you like? just have some self control and keep your cheat days to a minimum
-
sounds like you dont like eating healthy already which means you will not be able to do this "in a healthy way both physically AND mentally" also losing weight does not necessarily mean you must restrict yourself to only "healthy" foods. which means, you should just start with incorporating healthier foods into your diet…
-
didnt read your rant. but unless you do some sort of physical exercise during your 10 lb bulk, youll be gaining mostly if not all fat. it will be noticeable to yourself but not others also dont know how tall you are. if youre above 5'3, you should just eat regardless.
