the important vitamins are found in greens. i take multis for the other micros. zinc and fish oil are the other two i make sure i have. no other supplement is relevant tbh

no. you are either building muscle and gaining weight or losing both. you dont get one with the other unless you on dat dere. only exception MAY be for newb gains. as long as youre losing weight (assuming that is your goal), then whether it is significant or not...does not matter?

planet fitness is for beginners and/or people who are looking to do cardio and some weights. this is enough for women. (lol, not to be chauvinist), but i would never recommend this place to anyone who really wanted to make real gains but theyre mostly men anyway.

i have a mild scoliosis. forget degrees. my lifts are weak compared to friends. grats on you doing the surgery. only reason i'd do it is for the height increase

antidepressants do not directly cause weight gain. you are gaining weight because you are eating more. and you are not losing weight because you are not eating less. your meds may be causing you to crave food.

you do not need to exercise to lose weight. although it would be much easier that way

saw "activity level" and did not read. fill in a typical diet, and keep that caloric intake for 2 weeks, noting any changes in weight. if you gained, subtract to lose weight, etc.

since youre new, your top priority should be to do your own thing and not mind how fast others are going or how heavy they are lifting. get into that mindset and aim to progress from there
