I had always taken mine first thing in the morning, but after reading some of the other posters I might switch it to night.

It's evil I tell you. Evil!!!!

There was a time I was a nice healty weight, but I was still very unsatisfied with my appearance. I felt my butt was always too big, my legs too short, my waist too long, etc. The sad truth was I didn't love myself. I didn't even like myself. When I first started here and really begin to try and lose the weight I had…

The dietician gave me some papers to recognize hidden phosphorous in foods (my phosphorous was way too high) but that's about it. I showed her my diary I have here on MFP and she said I was doing well. The one at the transplant center only lectures me about portion sizes, which I know so well by now I could lecture her. I…

Yeah, but I was told if I didn't show significant weight loss in three months and was able to keep it off, then I would be taken off the list for a kidney transplant permanantly. My digestive system doesn't work very well, which I already know, so I can't process foods all that well. I think I need to eat a bit more, but I…

I used to drink a lot of Dr Pepper. I don't have a great appeitite, so I barely ate food but I drank a lot of soda. I gave that up and now I drink a lot of water.

Some mornings I'm hungry, so I eat a light breakfast. Some mornings I'm not hungry (like this morning) so I don't eat breakfast. I haven't really noticed a difference either way. I just listen to what my body is telling me.

I'm still on the same amount of synthroid, but I don't think I'll ever be able to stop taking it honestly. My thyroid stopped working after my kidneys failed, and it's doubtful it will start working again even after I get a new kidney.

I was a loner I guess. I have a bit of an off-beat personality so I never really fit in with any group. Just before starting high school, I had to move so I started high school with a bunch of people I didn't know. Sadly, because I was introverted and struggling with my own self-esteem issues, I was the target of bullies.…

Congratulations! You look wonderful and you're doing great so far. I also started out at 235lbs, and I'm hoping to hit 199lbs by New Year's.

I was the same way. I lost 20lbs, but thought I looked the same. My pants were loser, but still fit well enough. In fact, I began to get discouraged. A short time later, after I had lost an additional 5lbs, I was walking into a store when I caught sight of my reflection. Suddenly, I could see it and I was noticeably…

I had a doctor told me that about 10lbs of my weight was my boobs. Even at my smallest, which was around 120lbs, I was a 32E. I actually don't gain or lose much there. I'm bigger around (38 now) but the rest is about the same. I'm actually rather thankful since I also have a big rear. I'm also 5'4" and my goal is about…

Sadly, I'm horribly allergic to mayonnaise.

Stupid question, but I've always thought I was an hourglass but now I'm not so sure. My bottom is slightly bigger than my chest, but my waist is still significantly smaller than my bust or hips. I'm still quite overweight, but I'm a 48-37-50. Would that make me more of a spoon?

Love the idea! Do it!

I've never had a creeper yet. I need to post more.

I'm making one of my own recipies - Chicken casserole with mushrooms and broccoli.

My dietician gave a list of lower vs higher phopshorous foods, which will help. I'll just have to keep up with the numbers myself. Thanks so much for the reply. :)

I had a homemade salmon patty, spinach, and green onions.

For me, it helped to break up my big goal into smaller goals. When I first started I would think about how I had 95lbs to lose, and it felt overwhelming. Then, I broke it up into smaller goals and gave myself plenty of time. It helps to motivate me without me feel like it's too big. Eating healthy on a budget can be done.…

"You have such pretty hair." I actually don't take compliments very well usually because it makes me embarassed, but I like hearing this one.

Very interesting. How do you post the pictures?

I like to plan my meals so I can plan little treats for myself now and again. Of course, you still have to be flexible because sometimes things happen.

I eat about 800 calories a day, but that's only because I get up to 1000 calories from my peritoneal dialysis solution each night and I'm on a severely restrictive diet for my kidneys. While it is possible, it's not easy to stick to (trust me!). I agree with the other posters who said you might want to seek a second…

I haven't really have any negative experiences except now I need some new clothes. Maybe I'll have more when I lose more - but I'll happily take the negative with the positive.
