I can relate to what you're saying. My goal is 170 - but everyone is built differently. For me, 125 would look ridiculous!!! I weighed 145 in HS & was really thin! I don't have goals to go back there.

Huh!?!?! If you truly gained 3lbs of fat (not water weight/retention) then you had to have consumed 12,000 calories in that single day. This is also assuming you never left bed and remained completely inactive as to not burn anything beyond the 1500 your body burns just to function. :noway: This is a tall order.

My take on it is -- This is not a diet. This is a life-long change. Celebrations are going to happen and when they do, I live it up. Then I get right back on track. I have probably 1000 things to say about this but most noteworthy: 1. Lose a huge amount of dead weight by dumping him 2. Work on your self respect and priorities so you realize that 1xxlbs ain't nuttin & you're more than just a number
