I honestly think many of the men, when they first start, feel the same way. People (not just women) tend to be afraid of being judged. You're probably not alone in the way you feel when you're there. Plug those headphones in and go to work! One piece of equipment at a time, even. xo

Yep! It took me a while to get over my fear in the free weight area & was embarrassed to ask for help but knowledge truly is power so got some & worked through it. Before I knew what happened, I found my comfort zone & started showing the boys up! (with proper form THANK YOU!)

This is amazing progress!!!!!! The scale is one of many tools we can use to judge our progress but it absolutely doesn't tell the whole story as you've proven! WAY TO GO!!!!

They can....but will they? Is it against the rules of engagement? ....and at who's expense to prove/disprove what?
-
No - I paid this much because my daughter has health issues and required surgery this past year, etc. In the year coming, if this trend follows with her and they were to elect to take away the contribution to my HSA (which I personally am not in danger of) it would hit even harder! I've lost 55lbs this year. If this was me…

And as a working, single mother who spent 25% of her limited income on medical expenses this year, I find very little to laugh about. But hey - good on you.

Do you have Rush Limbaugh as your screen saver? Tell me you do!

Your hazardous guess is dead accurate!! Whatever isn't legally protected is at risk. Who is defining "at risk". How is it accurately measured? Where do they draw the line? How often does that "line" move?

The system is flawed on both sides. The ideas I suggested as solutions would obviously require a physician follow up. ....My suggestion in a later post also included discounts on the tools that can help people make necessary improvements on their health or provide them an HSA to strictly help them get there as opposed to…

Wrong again (you're on a roll!!!) Please re-read my original post - especially the part about people making progress, working hard, being incentivized for their EFFORTS, etc.

That's speculative (and it's not over 40 - not even close). AS I PREVIOUSLY STATED....I am leaving it out because I could say it's "40" and someone would argue that's justifiable. I could say it's "10" and someone else would argue that's justifiable. Further more, the number is at the company's discretion. They could…
