  • DAY 3  Energy and persistence conquer all things. ~Benjamin Franklin How was your day everyone?
  • I did it but it took everything out of me to get started then I was fine :) and today I only had two servings of pistachios (i'm working on less snacking on nuts and seeds because there have been countless days where my caloric intake is doubled because of mindless snacking). I am still not ready to join a gym yet but I…
  • @ giftbouquets, that's good to hear. Right now I'm talking myself into exercising when I get home after a long work day...hopefully I do.

I hope that at the end of the 12weeks I will lose between 12lbs -15lbs and enter the new…
  • Hello everyone, i'm Lana and this is my first time actively participating in anything on myfitnesspal so i'm excited about this. I currently workout at home 6 days per week in the mornings (so it will be interesting developing a new habit of also exercising in the evenings). I have been eating paleo for over a year now so…
  • Hey, based on my experience losing weight/ improving my fitness level the best free resources I found were fitnessblender.com and Jillian Michaels dvds.
