Thanks for all the input! I def. did use my frustration as motivation. After I weighed myself, I had a protein shake for breakfast, and then I hit the track to complete one of my running/walking sets for couch to 5K. Yes, I definitely think that 10 weeks is enough time to train. I am doing a 10 week couch to 5k program through a gym--but you can also look up couch to 5k schedule on-line. Most of those are 8 or 9 week programs. Good luck!
