I usually have 1 c. of Plain Greek Yogurt with 2 tbsp. PB2, Splenda and cinnamon plus one or two different kinds of fruit and 1/2 c. Fiber One Original-- it's usually 300-350 calories, but it keeps me full all day because of the fiber and protein. Other times I'll have puffed wheat + Fiber One Original + PB2 + Almond Milk…

i am totally up for this. i know what it's like to lose someone so close and to think food is the only way of coping. my heart grieves for your loss. but we can do this. we'll all make it through together. :smile:

I had this problem too. What I did was go as far away from the food as fast as possible. It wasn’t easy, but even if I had started the binge, I would stop and say to myself "Don't make this worse than it already is!" and I thought of how much longer I’d have to be dieting and how unhappy I was and how I absolutely hate how…
