Hello I am also new. I understand that I am to make sure I get 1200 calories a day and expercise. But that is all I am sure of. Have about 20 lose. Glad I found this site. Use to exercise religiously not motivated to move more.

Trying the new weight watcher plan. Loved the old one lost 40 Pounds. It is alot of food but we will see how things add up on Friday. Trying not to get frustrated.
