I don't know if this will work for you, but it's what I do when I get off track. Stop and think about why you want to lose weight. What is it that you want from losing weight? Once I concentrate on the why, then I usually get back on track.

Great job! Your face has also slimmed down alot in the pictures. Smart person to get the weight off when you are young instead of continuing bad eating habits during most of your adult life, like alot of us have. Keep up the good work!
