If memory serves me correct the Oreos in the 4 or 6 packs are smaller than the ones in the full size package.

I am a stay at home mom to a 6yo, 4yo and 2yo I also struggle with finding the energy to exercise. I know that if I do exercise I end up having more energy! I am also looking for more friends for motivation and support, so anyone feel free to add me :)

I am on 1 1/2 weeks of kicking my 2soda a day habit. I loved my Pepsi and didn't think I could ever stop drinking it. The first 4 days were hardest. Thanks so much for this! It's great motivation to hear how someone else has stuck it out and is reaping the benefits! I would love to get rid of that crash feeling and not fall asleep on the couch every night by 8:30! I didn't even think about how it might benefit my skin, it would be awesome to see an improvement there…

I'm on day 4 so hopefully headaches will be gone tomorrow, if not I'll pick up some excedrin. My skin is really dull and lifeless I would love to see an improvement there too!

When did you start feeling better? After the initial symptoms did you feel better than you did while you were drinking soda?

I don't care for tea, I don't really want caffeine. I just read an article and the writer stated that he never felt as good without caffeine as he did when he had some, even after withdrawal symptoms subsided. Just wondering how other people feel after cutting out soda.

I don't drink coffee or black tea, so I'm not getting any caffeine at all. I'm wondering if the way I'm feeling is from cutting the caffeine or the sugar? Probably a combination of the both?

Good for you!! I have cut way back on fast food. If I do eat it I order a kids meal or off value menus to keep portions under control. Honestly it actually satisfies my craving and fills me up. I gave in to emotional eating about a week ago and got a large combo meal and felt just terrible (physically) after eating it.

I drink an emergen-c several days a week , when my energy is feeling low. Per directions you can have two servings a day. Maybe give that a try. I was drinking 3-4 sodas a day and have been slowly cutting back, tomorrow will be my first day with none. Good Luck to you!

I'm right there with you. I had #3 in Dec and I can not get the weight off! It just came right off with no problems after the first 2! Just started MFP this weekend and also looking for some motivation buddies, so feel free to add me.
