I like to cycle on Sunday mornings (30-50 miles). I usually have chicken, pepper and courgette pasta in a tomato sauce the night before. I eat what I want, just more in moderation now. If you substitute all the foods you enjoy your weight loss efforts will become frustrating and there's a good chance you'll get bored and give up. Exercise more more and earn them treats, guilt free! I love peanut butter but thought it was very high in calories?
