IMO, that stuff is not really 'off topic' as you pt it. All of that stuff effects your dieting sometimes. Plus, this is a community of people, and people make friends here just like on facebook. And those friends want to know how you are doing outside of how much weight you lost or gained in a week. I say that if you have…

I noticed. between this week and last week, there is a 2 pound differenc in my weight, and not the good kind of difference. So I am skipping my weigh in this week and will do it again when my 'friend' decided to pack her *kitten* and go home. Lousy free loader.

I just finished my day 1 as well, and I totally know what you mean, I had to turn on the AC lol. Its supposed to be 10 days per level, ideally. But I say go at your own pace. If you still feel like yu need level 1 for more than 10 days then do it till it is not as easy anymore and then move on. Friend me, we can compare…

Tonight we are hving fish and rice ^_^ one of my favorite foods of all time is fish. going to steam it and maybe throw in some salad too.

yay! cuz I was worried that I wasnt doing something right. Like my little birthday treat or something set me back... I would have been sad lol. Its just weird. So, should I save my weigh in for next week when it leaves since this week is screwed becuse of bloating?

As many other people above me have stated, you are not eating enough calories. At the end of the day, you need to NET 1200 calories minimum. That means if you ate 1200 calories before you exorcised and burned 300...well before you go to bed you need to eat 300 more calories to get back to 1200. you have to remember that…

I compete with myself actually. I do 120 minutes at the gym everyday. One day of streangth training and then the rest I do cardio to various degrees. And recently I have thrown in some Zumba or the 30 day shred depending on if I wanna dance or not. I burn 800 calories per day, give or take. and then I eat back calories…

MFP is just giving you an estimate. If you do not have a HRM I would go by the bike. But just as a side note, I would invest in an HRM. Before I got mine I went by what the bike told me as well. But it turns out that for me specifically it was under by 50 calories or more depending on how log I went for. My HRM only cost…

circuit training :)

I eat most of them back. But I say if you are not hungry, dont worry as long as you have a total of 1200 a day going in. I only eat when I am hungry and dont force myself to if I'm not. Just remember that you need at least 1200 a day. So if you ate 1200 calories and then went exorcising and burned 200...then you are really…

Monday- none :( Tuesday- 684 calories burned (elliptical trainer 120 minutes)

A couple days ago I was out with some friends and my fiance. Our best friend was sitting in the back with one of my other friends and he said 'Well, you do have a way of taking up space." I have always been sensitive about my weight. I was never one of the skinny girls, I always had a belly and what some people liked to…

Imma give it a try, see if I can do it lol. With the help of Jillian, Im sure it wont be hard lol
-
well, I did give it a look, thats how I know there is 3 levels. I just wanted to know how other people take them. all in the same day or what...lol. Im confused.

first, you have to know that the BMI index is flawed and a little outdater. It does not tke into account any muscle that is giving you that weight or your age. I would say that if you are concered about it, talk to your doctor. and if you dont have one, find a site that will tell you your ideal weight so you know how much…

I just got a Mio from Academy Sports store the other day and I love it to pieces! All the machines at the gym were wrong, I had been burning a lot more calories then they were telling me! I love it and now I can get the 30 day shred to see what everyone is raving about and know exactly how many calories I am burning! I <3…

I am SO sorry to hear this! but, this is what I think. When your body is really REALLY craving something, have it. If you are craving bread, have some. Pasta, go for it. But watch the calories. When your body wants something, it will tell you. And when you need it, for lack of having as much as it needs, it will really let…

what I do is this; Keep in mind that you are eating a bit less than your body is use to, so when I feel like im getting hungry, I eat some carrots or celery. Did you know that 14 carrot sticks is only 35 calories? so you could have 2 servings and be good! and celery has none! Or try some fruit, but they often have a lot of…

why no music, if I may ask. And sometimes when I forget my music i just let my mind wonder. Running helps to clear my head and pretty soon I'm looking back at old memories, laughing to myself, thinking 'well, what if this happened instead?' lol, makes for some pretty interesting jogs!

you cant go by google or even MFP to see how much you burn, why? Because then dont know how fast your heart is pumping durig that workout. I was going to pick up the 30 Day Shred, but I didnt have a HRM to monitor how many calories I am burning per work out. 2 people weighing the same could be burning vastly different…

best thing ven, imo, is celery! You can have as much as you want. No Calories, no carbs, and it helps you get to your aily intake of veggies. I hardly ever meet my daily on fruits and veggies, but if there is celery in the equation.... lol. Plus, Its fantastically cruncky and if you spread a little bit of peanut butter…

thanks every one! Makes me feel great lol

MFP gives an estimate of the calories burned, but since the website doesnt know how hard you were working it cant give you an honest reading. The HRM give you a more acurate reading because it factors in age/weight/HR/Gender so the readings are more correct.

what I do when I see my scale not move...I measure my waist! Sometimes, even though it doesnt reflect it on the scale you are actually getting leaner. And you may even be gaining muscle. Also, like people say, low carb is great. But try not to go too over bored with that. I know someone who is obsessed with eating no carbs…

first I have to say that I am a student as well and I still find time to go to work, study, go to class, make a healthy dinner, and 2 hours of exercise. It's all about time management. As for healthy snacking, try fresh fruits and veggies. Nuts are good too, but they are high in calories. If you wanna lose weight, you…

HEY! I wear the same gym clothes all the time! lol. I have to wash them everyday, mind you. Or everyother if the workout was unusually light the day before with a lot less sweat. :P
-
Nuts are a great wat to do that. they have lots of good fats and they are high in calories so you dont have to eat a lot to make up the remaining calories for the day.

actually, a Bugg only runs 70 bucks if you get the digital display one and not the one where you have to log online to see how you did. I dont like that one because you have to pay for the membership of that online thing after 6 months, and the digital one tells you right there without have the online graph. It's really up…

ok, I have no good input for you since I am a standard 38 C, but I just have to say that you look amazing! you are where I want to be!
