get yoursef an HRM, that will lett you how much you burned during the workout. Everyone burns calories differently, so no one can tll you how much it will be for you. HRM is the best way to go and you can pick one up from walmart for about 50 bucks.

remember that its not always about eating more, just eating foods that are higher in calories. Instead of having that salad, eat a burger. That is a higher intake of calories and you dont have to eat so much salad to feel just as full. Remeber that 1200 calories is not a lot. And anyone would lose weight if they starv…
