  • I started on Aug 5th also and I am loving T25. I was pretty happy with my stats last Saturday so I am hoping for some good results tomorrow too. I enjoyed today, lower focus and abs are my favorite workouts! Keep up the great work everyone!

  • I'm noticing the same thing, it's getting easier. I do as long as I can with the regular moves but still end up doing modified toward the end. Looking forward to the day I can keep up with the regular the whole time! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout!
  • haha Yes it def does! It depends on the workout but according to my heart rate monitor I've burned anywhere from 210 to around 340. My calories are getting a little lower now that I am used to some of the workouts. I'd say 250-300 average but everyone is different. Some people I've sen on here are 400+. Hope you continue…
  • I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning too. The alarm went off and my whole body said "nooo let's just stay in bed a little longer". So I ended up laying there till the last possible minute but finally got myself up and pushed play. Some days are really rough to get up and get straight into it.

  • Well I got through the first week, did my measurements and weigh in today. I lost 1 lb, lost 1 inch around my hips, 1/2 inch off my arms, 1/2 inch off my thighs and 3/4 of an inch off my calves.   • Day 3 Total Body Circuit Done! I finally remembered to wear my HRM today. I had to do the modifier a good bit today because my calves/shins were killing me.   • Well I just finished day 1 Cardio. Gotta give Shaun credit, he kicked my butt in 25 min. My calves were burning like mad. I had to follow the modified moves about 30% of the time but it felt great! Looking forward to day 2. Who else started today, and how did it go for you?

  • From what I've read there are three phases to T25, Alpha, Beta and Gamma. The original version comes with Alpha and Beta. Gamma phase is more for strength training. I think you are supposed to do that after completing the first two but that's about all I know about that one
