At the beginning of the year I had set a cycling goal of 800 miles for the year. Previous years for me have been a little more or a little less than that so I thought it was a good goal. That's great! I'm really loving Zwift as well. Definitely getting more winter miles in than ever before and hoping it will bring on improvements in my riding when I can get back outside

Just checking in since we are now into February. So at the beginning of January the hubby and I joined a Diet Bet that was hosted by Chris and Heidi Powell. I did T25 when it first came out and had great results! Did all 3 rounds (Alpha, Beta, Gamma) and ended up losing 10 lbs and 11 inches overall. Yes, definitely the corny jokes. Good point on the eye workout :D They aren't kidding when they say it's "full body". lol. He can put together a darn good workout though.

I wear a heart rate monitor when working out, which is the most accurate way. You could also search for a similar workout in the database, cardio or something and use that but it won't be as accurate. Just checking in, in the middle of week 4 now. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger. I am able to do more and more pushups and burpee's each time. That feels great! How's everyone doing?

I HATE the food/drink pushers. I have two co-workers that are constantly pushing food at me. Week 2 had begun. This morning was Resistance 2. I have to admit this one was rough this morning. I swear this whole program was built around burpee's lol. They are getting easier and I am able to do more each time so that's progress I guess. Happy Monday everyone!
