Day 2 is done - Resistance 1. I really enjoyed this one, well other than that bonus crap at the end. Really?! Shuffle, Burpee, Push-Up. :s That was pure torture :D Hope you all have a great day 2. Oh, did anyone else immediately straighten up when Tony told the guy "straighten your damn arms" I was like Yes Sir! lol

Day 1 is in the books. Today was Cardio 1 and Core 1. Only two videos but so far Tony wasn't too bad lol. I really enjoyed both of these. My muscles are feeling it already :# Great way to start off my week! Happy Monday all!

I agree, I definitely prefer Shaun T. I tried P90X years ago and gave up because he drove me nuts. This program looks fun though so I'm anxious to get started

Sorry I haven't posted all week. I had an MRI last week on my knee and went back to the Dr Monday to review. Nothing is torn so that's good. I have arthritis under my knee cap, some fluid built up, and my knee caps sit off to the side a little. All things causing the pain I'm having. Nothing too serious luckily. Dr gave me…

It's crazy how fast it's going by. That is so awesome that your husband started the program too. I ended up getting some regular hand weights at walmart for these workouts, I was using selectech's too but kept feeling like they were too bulky for some of the moves. Today's Hammer and Chisel workout was replaced with shoveling (and playing in) 16 or more inches of snow. I'm whooped. Hubby is finishing up the drive way with the snow blower, chili is done in the crock pot and I'm ready for a shower and my blanket :) Hope everyone is surviving the snow. Have a good night! Forgot to post this morning :| Today was Chisel Agility. I agree @Lesly_Barrett_1209 that was tiring. I had to do a lot of modifications on this one because of all the jumping. Especially the spinning squats. My knees can't handle all the jumps. Hope everyone had a good day!

I've done T25, Insanity Max 30 and am currently doing Hammer and Chisel. My absolute favorite and best results was T25. I really enjoy Shaun T's way of motivating and the workouts are really fun and over before you know it. Through that program I lost 11 lbs and about 12 inches overall. Can't go wrong with it! I'm with you on the push ups, my upper body strength is like non existent right now lol. Hopefully that will improve. I think I'll go with 10-15 lbs next time too and see if that makes it a little more challenging.
