So I changed my mind and got Gamma Rip't Circuit done lol. Actually feel a little better after. Anyone else notice that exercise helps their headaches? So at least it's done for the day and I can relax this evening, been a busy week at work and I'm ready for the weekend :)

For me personally I always did the doubles. I really liked having that rest day from T25 and I could workout if I wanted to but it was my option. Some people here did split them up at times. I would recommend following the schedule if possible though for best results.

Honestly I am liking Gamma best of all, it really focuses on strength training and you use a lot of weights compared to Alpha and Beta. Congrats to you on making it through Beta. You'll love Gamma, hope you like burpees lol Speed 3.0 is a killer!

Fantastic fitness day vhuber!! I got through T25 did some cleaning and laundry then firmly planted my butt on the couch yesterday. Caught up on some good shows and read for awhile. Felt good to just relax. So awesome to see all the new people joining in. Keep up the great work everyone!

Just finished up week 2 of Gamma, tonight was a very late workout but I got it in before midnight haha. Looking forward to measurements this weekend to see if there is much change. Also looking forward to my 3 day weekend :drinker: Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

It does get better I promise. I had a horrible time, especially with those lean back and hold things. But each time I held a little longer and a little longer. I have pretty decent core strength now and also upper body strength with the push up and stuff. Keep it up, you'll be so glad you did!

Glad to see so many new faces joining in :smile: Good luck to you all in your T25 journey. Yesterday was Gamma Speed 3.0 for me, my nemesis lol. All of the burpee's in this one kill me but it feels great at the same time. Today's workout has to be pushed to the evening due to an early work meeting. Have a good one everyone!

Week 2 day 2 Gamma Extreme Circuit Done! I am loving the calorie burn I am seeing with Gamma. Today was 316 calories in 28 min. I love extreme circuit. I even curse less toward the burped/plank moves than normal :)

Week 2 Day 1 Gamma - Rip't up. I really love this one. I was shocked to see 340 calories burned on my hrm today. That is so awesome for a 25 min workout. I did not see any weight loss the first week of Gamma, actually I'm up about 2 lbs. I did see a .25 drop off my arms and an inch off my bust but my waist is up an inch.…

Congrats to you!! I really enjoyed Ript circuit in Beta also!! I always feel the same way on my days off also. I am actually excited to get back to it Monday mornings. Do you plan to do Gamma next? I am just starting week 2 and I love it!

Thanks everyone!! I just finished up a big pan of chicken w/ some sweet peppers and italian dressing. Going to separate it out for me and hubby for the week. Throw some veggies in each day for sides :) I'm excited to not be eating a sandwich tomorrow

I almost did the same thing today. I layed there for like 30 min after the alarm but at the last minute forced myself up and got Extreme Circuit done. Another great Gamma workout, I really enjoyed it. I am surprised at how sore I am since starting Gamma. Just goes to show that I'm still working those muscles :smile:

I had to drop the weights on that move too, I just could not hold them up there and move them lol. I'm looking forward to getting into the other Gamma workouts. Well except Speed 3.0, I could handle never doing that one again!

Gamma Week 1 day 2, Rip't up - I really loved this one. It is upper body. So many different moves. I really enjoyed the downward down into plank moves. I had a hard time with the weighted rocket man/superman moves but I'm sure it will improve. My upper body strength has gotten a lot better with Beta and this will help even…

So this morning was my first Gamma workout, Week 1 Speed 3.0. WOW, Gamma is a whole different level. Ohhhh the burpee's, so many burpee's. Needless to say it kicked my butt this morning, 308 calories in 25 minutes. And I can't wait for more!!

Just wanted to check in with you guys and give you my final results from Alpha/Beta. I lost a total of 9.7lbs and 9.3 inches with the loss being 2in off hips, 1.5in off chest, 3in off waist, 1in off thighs, 1.3in off calves, and .5in off my arms. Gamma starts for me tomorrow. Just finished up Week 10 day 4 of Beta, Dynamic Core. So doubles tomorrow and I am done with Beta! Wow, can't believe it. I'm looking forward to starting Gamma next week although you guys have me a little frightened lol.
