I have a dietician and a personal nurse that both have told me it doesn't matter what time you eat but what you are eating and why. Carbs take a while to digest and if you work out in the morning and at night you will work them off anyways. I eat 5 small meals a day and work crazy hours so sometimes i can't help what time…
