  • Luckily, I LOVE my fruits and veggies, so if I see vegetables or fruits, I just eat it. Usually I have fruits to start my day and always have a helping of vegetables for lunch and dinner.
  • Chocolate flavored oatmeal and a banana/apple with a cup of tea! Trying to wean off coffee. Would maybe have milk or yogurt to go with it. Some days I'd have savory oatmeal with a boiled egg Some days scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Some days cereal and milk Some days none at all, or just plain liquid.…
  • Beer if I want the buzz, ice cream if I want the sugar rush Hahaha I'd probably have a light beer with good ice cream though! I prefer light anyway, esp since I drink just for social reasons. 60cal a bottle and I'm feeling good. Add ice cream and I'm feelingbetter!
  • Hate it when people comment on my diet soda consumption and telling me that I'm gonna gain... They shut up when I say I lost 70 pounds despite drinking a lot of it lol
  • You can add me! 19 years old, 5'4, 102ish lbs. I'm trying C25K again and a 30 day ab challege.
  • You can add me! 1. I eat whatever I want so long as it fits in my calorie goal, though I do try to eat clean 2. Trying c25k again and a 30 day ab challenge 3. Student shifting from accountancy to open university (online classes - broadcast communication) who freelance writes, has an online business and sometimes tutors on…
  • I also remember not being able to reach 500 steps, what more a 5-10k! It was a miracle if I could reach 8k. Haha :)
  • Thanks for the responses! :) Just realized how addicting walking can get too! Now I'm more motivated with Oacer and love moving around haha
  • Feel free to add em :)
  • I'm 19 and trying to maintain after losing almost 70 lbs! :) Feel free to add me!
  • That's fine, there's always today to make up for it! :) There's no deadline or punishment, just get back up. I had two beers the other day and a bag of chips as a snack tonight. It happens... And I'm sure you had a good time and the food was good :)
  • If you don't like oatmeal, don't eat em. It's not a necessity. People who say a certain food makes you lose weight are wrong. It's all about calories in, calories out. :) I personally love oatmeal and can eat it plain with stevia and cinnamon, or mash a banana and add a splash of milk, or savory with salt and spices, maybe…

  • Thanks guys! I usually feel a bit self conscious when I read up about how people lift or swim or do yoga on here! I love walking and love to commute around the city and since I usually am too busy working or attending events, I don't have the time or energy to workout as much. That and I guess I feel like walking/running…
  • I started having midnight snacks as a way to reach my calorie goals in case I skip a meal. I either lose or maintain, depending on the amount of calories I took that day. Basically, it's calories in calories out and what your body says. If it wants to eat dinner at 10PM, why not! So long as it fits into your calorie goal.…
  • ACV and infused water = weight loss Don't eat after 5PM Turning vegetarian or vegan is the surefire way to lose weight Carbs/sugar should be completely eliminated from your diet
  • Feel free to add me! I'm maintaining, but do get the weight loss and gain you went through. Very frustrating at irst, but I'm sure you'll get back on track! :)
  • Haha well it happens a lot, so don't let the numbers get to your head so much since like what the above user said, it varies and balances out I guess! Listen to your body more so than the numbers. If you feel satiated with the chicken, go for the chicken. If you're feeling a bit peckish, at least you've got an extra 140…
  • Feel free to add me! :)
  • You won't gain any weight. If you do, it may just be some water weight that'll go away in a few days. It's kinda like reverse dieting going to maintenance where you up your calories by 100 cals for a week every week til you reach maintenance to avoid gaining weight :)
  • Exactly what I felt when I started walking in the morning or at night! Loving the cold air and the outside, compared to the treadmill in the gym lol Congratulations on your first walk! May there be more rejuvenating walks to come your way ;-)
  • I use Pacer, set my activity level to sedentary, and enable negative calorie adjustment. :)
  • I use Fitstar Yoga! :)
  • I'm 19! Add me if you want :)
  • I don't eat before my morning walk but have a bit of something an hour before I'm on the treadmill. A banana or anything small, since I feel weaker when I don't have something before I run.
  • If I could walk everywhere without getting sweaty and late I would! But I agree, it does seem a bit too far. I like the biking idea, but there's no bike lane where I'm from and i can only bike around the village without the chances of getting run over haha What I do is skip the commute from my campus to the train station…
  • A little bit of something a day won't ruin it so long as it fits your macros and calorie goal. I guess wen you don't allow yourself sweets and wait for anoter day for it, your body wants it more? Same goes for me! Which is why I treat myself to a cookie from subway for lunch almost everyday haha, or I have fruit! Since…
  • They still count (though a 0 cal day would be a great gift), but eat what you want and treat yourself! After all, these occasions aren't everyday, enjoy and happy birthday! :)
  • If your TDEE is 1700 and you've eaten about 2700 a day for three days, that's a surplus of 1k a day = 3k calories over. That's not a pound yet, but close to. It won't ruin anything really. You'll gain a tad, but it'll even out
  • Why not! It's too much ("junk" food) or too little (nutrient wise) of something that'll cause health issues. And as long as it fits my macros/calorie goals, it's fine by me.
