seriously does help hun i never want to get up and fill dreadfull in morning but i drag myself to gym on a monday and friday as my little one has pre-school them days and do a gym sesh them swim and then relax in spa sauna and hyro pool and come back feeling so refreshed and full of energy and feeling good. just have to…

add it to salad i have spinach leaves, lettuce , cucumber, plum tomatos,cress, mushrroms, then either have chicken or tuna or boiled eggs with it. u change or add what you like my partner puts onions and peppers in his too but i dont like them :-)

maybe have less calories for breckfast and save some for a snack at 10/11 . i have oatmeal porridge with cinnamon . which is only 160 . u cld have a piece of fruit with it to. you shdnt really go without food for over 3 hrs or it will slow your metabolism down . maybe have a pot of small nuts for snack ay 10ish to keep you…

i also love crumpets they r only 88 per crumpet and are lovely toasted with light marg or pholadelphia. have u tryed natural yoghurt on your fruit. you can buy poring yoghurt now activia one

steam them , i steam all my veg best way to keep all vitamins in if u make sure u dont overcook them .

i snack on mixxed fruit and nuts from morrisons. u have to be careful and only have 25g per snack but this works and is good protien and gives u gd source of energy. also i like snack a jacks salt and vinergar flavour is my fav at 41 calories per snack. fruit grapes, apples, strawberries. melon, pears all sweet and yummy.…

i think you shd go and enjoy , not worry about counting your callories for one day, see it as a cheat day. one day of eating what u like shdnt make alot of difference just as long as u stick to it all the other days :-)

hi well i have just had a egg and ham salad was quite a large bowl and is only 245 calories, which leaves me alot left to snack on fruit or nuts or snack a jacks if i get hungry. u can do all different salads , chicken or bacon or tuna whickever u prefer.

i the only thing i can think of is you r building up alot of muscles sometimes we need to think beond the weight on the scales and actually measure ourselfs and see if theres a difference tht way. i know it is very frustrating as i constantly look at the scales and and also find it hard to loose but like u i work out alot.…
