depends how hungary i am . some days i eat all of the other days half and so on . i believe if u speed ya metobism up and burn the weight you shd feed it well too. works well for me :-)

your bmi works out to be 22 which is really healthy . do you need to loose any more? x

if u get lots of exercise in then you will be able to eat more , also i fnd it worked alot better for me to burn the fat and eat more. grean tea makes you feel fuller for longer if u dnt like the tea you can take a supplement with your meal. :-)

try emu cream i was suffering with pain in my knees from biking someone reckomendend this and it worked wanders :-)

my friend does spray tanning she uses fake bake so no streaks or orange colour and goes with your skin tone and looks really gd think it lasts around 10-12 days

salad with anything you like . yesterday i had letuce cucumber cherry tomotos sesame seeds plus fryed garlic mushrroms and garlic lemon chicken was lovely

normally ur body goes in to plateau after a while so you need to maybe up everything u do a little x

i think the thing is you really have to make yourself go to the gym even if u feel tired. drag urself there... believe me you will come out feeling better than not going and the more u go the fitter u will get and the more energy it will give u :-)

i would worry about it and just start again getting bk in your routine , it probly do u and ur body gd to have a week off . carry on the way u was b4 and you can do it . best of luck to ya and we all deserve a hol and not think about all this :-)

i eat lots of fruit yes it does have alot of sugar but its has a lot of goodness to and so much better for you than a chocolate bar sweets etc . and we all need a bit of sugar in our diets too

beacause your bodys got used to what u've been eating and exersising so you need to up the exersise and vairy your diet as much as you can gd luck

yes i think thts a fab idea maybe a new top or item of clothing at every goal. i love clothes so think tht would work well for me . depends what are you into and whats special to you :-)

hi few tips make sure you get enough sleep ... your body needs sleep to loose weight..... make sure u drink at least 8 glasses of water..... try to eat every 3-4 hours making sure you always eat breckfast......try to make everything you eat be fresh and cook it yourself from scratch and not have preserives helps.... keep…
