Sugar is just a carb, so unless you have some medical reason to limit it, don't sweat it. I don't even track sugar. Rigger

Not so much. Calories in, calories out. Sugar doesn't just magically turn into fat. OP, drinking juice won't hurt you if you fit it into your calorie goal. Personally I don't like to drink my calories when in a deficit because those calories don't fill me up. Rigger

Skinnytaste has a lot of budget recipes, check out her site. Rigger

Don't think I need to read it, it's more than likely chalk full of excuses from folks who aren't doing the work and need a convenient scapegoat. If they're going to try to tell me that 160 calories of Cheetos is going to make me fat, but I can eat as much chicken breast and veggies as I want and lose weight they can pack…

Why should you be eating breakfast? Nothing special about breakfast that makes it essential. If you're not a breakfast person, don't eat breakfast. Rigger

What kind of workout? After lifting I am famished, but if I have just done cardio I can't eat, unless it's swimming, then I'm hungry. Rigger
-
Nope, quite the opposite actually, I can eat more before feeling stuffed, but I also recognize when I am satisfied and stop there now, something I didn't do so well when I was bigger. Rigger

Stop eating at maintenance. Rigger

Really? Can we get that infomercial branded as such, so people stop taking it seriously as a documentary? Rigger

Sounds more like a religion than a weight-loss sup. Dogma either way is dangerous once a following of zealots forms. I hope they don't have coaches. Rigger

See this, this is why you're getting pushback. You already made up your mind, and no amount of sense will talk you out of it, now you just want a bunch of strangers on the net to reaffirm your poor decision. Not going to happen, many of us have had success, and many have tried the magic detox and cleanses. You're getting…

Sometimes I use Juice Plus golf balls, but they don't detox anything, they just have a nice feel around the green and good spin off the irons. Just out of curiosity, are your liver, kidneys, and bowels not functioning properly? Or does money just burn a hole in your pocket? Rigger

As previously mentioned, you're in a healthy weight range. I would go to maintenance and start lifting heavy 3-4 days a week and cut the cardio way down, maybe 1-2 days per week if even that much. Rigger

Easy, I have some chocolate. Or Chocolate Jello pudding, because there's always room for Jello. Eigger

Do you weigh and log all your food? Rigger

Stats? Rigger

Artichokes, and arugula, and kale, and cauliflower. Pizza and ice cream taste so much better. In all honesty, don't avoid food or restrict yourself too tightly, food is not the devil and you can still eat all the good stuff. Rigger

This, losing weight is the biggest help. Rigger

I eat all the foodz. Rigger

Personally, I'll just eat something and realize that it's 500 calories at least to get back to maintenance for the day, and I'd have to eat about 5000 calories to wipe out my weekly deficit and another few thousand to gain anything more than water and waste weight. Better to be over by 100 than under by the same amount in…

This post literally inspired me to eat a Snickers. Not sure what "chocolate calories" are or why they would be bad, but the Snickers sure was good, and highly recommended. Rigger

Could the disease's of dietary excess not simply be avoided by limiting the excess? A year ago I was nearly three-hundred pounds, pre-diabetic and had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Now I'm under 190 with normal BP, normal Cholesterol levels and no longer at risk of diabetes, and I haven't stopped eating…

So I suppose a diehard "frugivore" like yourself would simply live forever? Rigger

Yeah, that wasn't a documentary, it was a sales pitch, and a highly effective one at that. Rigger

Find some sucker to sell the juicer to. Rigger

What are you cleansing? Are you using bleach? Rigger

Lol, that's okay, I think I'm still getting my moneys worth. Rigger

Couldn't disagree more, if a relationship is structured such that drastic changes in appearance affect the relationship it's self, the relationship was flawed from the start. Rigger

The newfound civility in this thread is melting my brain, I signed up for a bloodbath and it's turned into a romantic comedy. I don't know weather to be proud, or scream and demand my money back. Rigger
