One look at their website tells me everything I need to know, cleanses and magic potions for weight loss are nothing but snake oil sold to folks who just fell of the turnip truck. Rigger

I have done an impromptu IF during the bow hunt (August and September) for years. I don't really like breakfast, but I love breakfast food. I have found that if I eat breakfast I am hungry all day, but if I skip it I'm good till late in the afternoon. I have recently switched to 16:8IF full time for my cut and I am loving…

Yeah, I'm not going to touch this except to say that S'mores without chocolate is like sex, by yourself. Rigger

Welcome, Good luck, and a few hints. Take pictures and measurements TODAY. Start using a food scale TODAY. Start getting friendly with a barbell TODAY. And last, yet certainly most important, Forget every excuse you ever had for not being bas@$$ TODAY. Rigger

They taste like $#!@, they're expensive, and they don't do anything for you that a calorie deficit wont, other than rid your wallet of spare cash. Skip the slim slow and just eat food. Rigger

Yes, bacon is always a good idea. Rigger

I wish I would have been lifting from day one, it took me about four months before I added it, and I'll never look back. Rigger

Blackened Mahi Mahi, Ceasar salad, and a piece of that blackberry cobbler. Rigger

If diet pills worked, would you need to stick to 1200 calories a day to lose? Think about it. Rigger

I'd say the real problem is your career choice, compounded by the path you chose to get there. With numbers like those, a $105 grocery bill is the least of your worries. Rigger

Does he play video games? Watch TV? Is he at all interested in sports? Rigger

So basically they're letting us know that everything we "knew" about foods being unhealthy was wrong, but now we "know" that sugar and bacon are going to kill us...Until we find out that what we now "know" might be wrong? But for now just trust us? Yeah, I think I'll keep eating my bacon, and now I'm off to have some ice…

Bonus, I never have to reconnoiter my routine because of a lack or barbells in the gym, or wait in line for a bench, or deal with some jackwagon doing curls in the squat rack, or put up with dirt balls who think their mom came to the gym to clean up after them and re-rack their weights. Rigger

My gym was $40 per month for the family plus about $60 per month for gas there and back. Then I switched to the base gym which was free, but again, about $60 per month for fuel. Now I lift in my garage. I found a good used squat stand, bench, oly bar, and 455 pounds of plates for $150, added a used incline/decline bench…

Are you just trying to lose a few pounds of water weight? Or do you actually want to lose fat? Rigger
-
Plateaus really aren't actually a thing. As long as you are in a deficit, you'll continue to lose. Sometimes it just takes some time to see it on the scale whether you're holding onto some extra water or waste weight for some reason, or your deficit is a bit shallower than it was a month ago, or your logging is off,…

Power cleans get my heart rate to around 140-150, so do heavy deads. Rigger

I have noticed that they can be off by around 10% especially calorie dense foods and breads. I don't sweat the small stuff though, I weigh and log everything, and if I'm +/-100 cals from my goal it's as good as a bullseye. Rigger

Cheesecake Factory, hands down. Rigger

Ever heard of a fecal transplant? Guess what they do when you kill all the good bacteria in your bowels? You guessed it, fecal transplant. Rigger

The proscribed diet and exercise that they recommend is what works, that drink will do nothing for you.

I have actually seen some jackwagon try it, and yup, the result was hilarious. Luckily, he was the only one injured, so I didn't feel bad about laughing at his dumb/unconscious @$$. Rigger

To see what the squat should look like, look at a toddler when they squat down to play with something on the floor, It's pretty much perfect squat form, now apply that to yourself. The bar should ride on your traps, not your neck. Grip the bar with your hands close together, elbows back, and tense your back muscles like…
-
It'd be difficult to examine your form without seeing it. Exactly what kind of pain are you experiencing (muscle, joint, skin irritation) and where? Where do you position the bar? can you actually get down into proper squat position without the bar? If you can post a video or even some pics we could probably give some good…

I hope to God you're not referring to squats done with a barbell!?! OP, front and back squats, deadlifts, cleans, calf raises and box jumps are my go to. I also do a good bit of stretching and some flutter-kicks. Rigger

Congratulations? I guess? Rigger

This right here. A person can still overeat on veggies, and they do. Rigger

She's absolutely correct. 1.25 pounds per week is a nice healthy pace, I wouldn't be bummed about that at all. Rigger

What are these "science based books"? What exactly do they tell you a "cleanse" will do for you? And how exactly are foods you ate months ago building up inside your body? Extra credit, how does eating or drinking some certain kind of food remedy this? Doesn't sound like science to me, maybe science fiction. Rigger
