More protein, less sugar. Rigger

I feel your pain brother, every week my mom tells me I'm wasting away. I don't get it, I look great compared to last year, but wasting away? Just let it roll off brother, It's just an awkward way of giving you some support. Rigger

Sounds like the sciatic nerve to me, have you had am MRI? It's probably a bulging, herniated or ruptured disk. You need to figure out what it is, because most exercise you can do is going to aggravate it. Swimming is probably your best bet, welcome to the #@(%ed up back club. Rigger

Not to mention, if I spend 90 seconds doing a set of deadlifts, my heart rate stays elevated for several minutes. Rest between sets doesn't mean that your body returns to an essentially resting state, it just means you're taking a few to compose yourself for your next set. Rigger

Doesn't matter, As with the weight room, no one is looking at you. Rigger

Not all the time, and not for every meal, but occasionally I do. I already logger breakfast and dinner for tomorrow, subject to change of course. Rigger

Martha's Vineyard Detox Diet, Is that the one where you go to Martha's Vineyard, surround yourself with politicians vacationing from DC, listen to every word they have to say, and then repeatedly puke your guts out? Sounds fun. Rigger

This^ Looking at your stats my first reaction would be Christ Almighty, have a cheeseburger! Rigger

Okay, looking at your diary (I assume everything is accurate) If you don't have a food scale get one and use it. Your net is a bit low on most days, and you don't have a lot to lose, so you probably need to eat more. Your protein is a bit low, looks like more than 60% of your calories come from carbs, personally I would…
-
Get a good amount of protein and make strength training a priority, that's pretty much the deal. Rigger
-
Can't see your diary, don't know your stats so it's a little hard to give you advice, but to your point about "healthy" food. What exactly IS healthy? Pizza is healthy, so is salad, a cheeseburger is healthy, so is an apple. Food is just food, and this all boils down to calories in versus calories out. You can have a look…

Umm, NO. At a calorie deficit it is next to impossible to build muscle, and for a female it's even less so, not to mention all cardio and no strength training means the OP is more likely breaking down muscle rather than building any. OP, you're probably not at a deficit, can't see your diary so I can only assume, but the…

^^^This^^^ And it would be free. Rigger

I only went back ten days in your diary, but you were over your calorie goal on six out of ten days, and by a significant amount on a couple of them. I only saw one day with any logged exercise. Assuming you log accurately my next question is, do you weigh all your food? If not, you are likely over by even more than the…

Nope, I recognize an expensive scam when I see one. You have one, so clearly it's needed. Just eat a calorie deficit and exercise, you are literally throwing good money down a rathole. Rigger

You didn't get 100 pounds overweight by not being able to eat 2100 calories. Not trying to be rude, I just cant stand the cop out BS about not being able to hit calorie goals. And no, Slim Fast sucks, It's just canned chemicals and sugar. Have some peanut butter, or avocados, or nuts, or chocolate milk, or some of each…

Nope, not buying it. Peanut butter and chocolate milk, one serving of each is 200 calories give or take, have both together. I'm not saying you have to eat back all your exercise calories, but you do need to get 25-50% of them. You're netting too low. Rigger
-
Christ! OP, order a dang pizza and dip it in ice cream. My daily intake is DOUBLE what yours is. Ticker don't lie brother, you need to eat more. Rigger
-
Why?, and no wonder. Rigger

Calories are just calories, not good or bad, just a unit of measure. Just like there are no good or bad inches, or ounces, there are just inches and ounces. Rigger

This. You could also add avocado, but the calories are about the same. A little mayo won't kill you. Rigger

Define without stopping? Without a pause at the top I can do 56. When I did a mock screen test a week or so ago I did 104 in my two minutes with only two static pauses at the top for about two seconds each. Rigger

Not knowing how tall you are or any measurements it's hard to say, but as the previous poster said, being young, and taking the weight off slowly both work in your favor. Drink lots of water as it contributes to the elasticity of your skin. And don't worry about loose skin, nobody ever suffered a stroke or heart attack or…

Gross calories-exercise calories burned=net calories. Rigger

So you actually have no clue how much you're eating. I'd start with a food scale so you know how much to log. Rigger

I have a hard time believing anyone who managed to get overweight when they say that they can't consume 1200 calories, but I'll play along. Eat more calorie dense foods, Avocado, nut butters, full fat dairy, marbled steaks. 1200 calories for most of us is a decent meal, if you can't manage that in a day it's a mental block…

I went back about a week, you didn't hit your calorie goal a single day, let alone eat back any exercise calories, several days you net under 1K and a couple you gross under 1K. If that log is accurate, there's your problem. If it's not accurate, there's your problem. Rigger
