Nope, I could care less about other people, if anything I'm doing it so I can live longer if for no other reason than to annoy the living dog snot out of everyone I come in contact with, which I take great joy in, hence, doing this for me. Rigger

OP, you don't need to lose fat, you need to build muscle, increase your calories to maintenance slowly and start lifting heavy, pick up New Rules, or Starting Strength and go from there. Rigger

Something filling. If I don't have a lot of calories left I'll have a Quest bar and chase it with a tall glass of water, that's usually plenty. I avoid anything involving bread because it makes me hungry. A banana and some carrots seem to work quite well to, but I typically get in some protein. Rigger

Eat something after the gym, it's okay to go to the gym on an empty stomach, just switch your meal to post workout. Rigger

First off, you're a female, so without juice you're not going to put on much mass, second, if you want to lose your "skinny-fat" physique, lifting heavy is the way to do it. Specifically, heavy compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, rows, pressing, and cleans are great. Pull-ups are also a great core workout. Your problem…

Your mileage may vary, but personally, I do about 75% strength training to 25% cardio. See ticker for results. As for it being time to bulk, I'm two inches taller than you, and I anticipate I won't shift to a bulk until I drop below 180, and I have a pretty good amount of muscle already. Take that for what it's worth, only…

Does that amount of calories sound healthy and sustainable to you? Ditch the Herbalife, it's a con, figure out your TDEE and eat 15-20% below that, lift heavy and do a little cardio, that's it. Rigger

Pop-Tart ice cream sandwiches. As long as you don't drop them on the floor they'll be clean. Rigger

Why don't you just go get some Chinese food? It's not going to kill you. Rigger

Nothing wrong with taking a night out, you could go over your calories by several hundred and still not be at maintenance for the week. If you want to stay fairly low cal, salmon, chicken, or a lean cut of steak are a good way to go. Rigger

Nothing wrong with hot dogs. I but the BallPark Lean dogs. Rigger

I had a major herniation of the discs from L5-S1 in 2005, the steroid injections did nothing and eventually I had the surgery. All was well until I developed scar tissue which encased the sciatic nerve, my options at that point were pretty limited, I could stick with the high doses of pain killers I was on which at 25…

Two of my favorites are Spicy Tuna, and Yellow Tail. Rolls are not sushi, they're more like desert at a sushi place, or what people who don't actually eat sushi tend to get. Rigger

At this point it's just habit and muscle memory, "don't feel like it" just doesn't compute. By the time I realize that I just don't feel like it today, I've already done it, so "don't feel like it" is already irrelevant. Rigger

In the first few weeks the loss is typically quite rapid because the first thing you lose is water weight. .5-1.5 pounds per week after that is stellar. Don't stress this early into the journey, you haven't even left the driveway yet. Rigger

In to find out what toxins the body is unable to cleanse on it's own. Rigger

I can honestly say that nothing has ever been said to me that didn't just roll off, mostly because I could care less what people think. I have been called a racist before, which is probably the worst for me, but considering the source, again, I could have cared less. Fact is, I don't care what people call me because I and…

If you eat so much peanut butter that there is none left for me, that is too much peanut butter. Rigger

I have heard of several things that supposedly work, but honestly, copious amounts of water and time seem to be the best bet. Rigger

Don't feel bad, my gym buddy is the same way, he hasn't lost any weight, meanwhile, my ticker speaks for its self. He still knows everything about everything, and has no problem telling me what I'm doing wrong. I just smile, say "maybe you're right dude" stuff my headphones back in and bust out another set of deads.…

Eat some food for Christ sake. 1000 calorie deficit, and doing that amount of exercise? You might as well try to drive from LA to Vegas on half a tank of gas in a 67' GTO, it's just not enough fuel. Rigger

I love Mediterranean food, as was said above IIFYM, and yeah, so many good things go into a lot of Mediterranean dishes. Rigger

Without stats there are just too many variables to comment on the calories, however, I would do more strength training that 25 minutes twice a week. Rigger

Strength training is listed on here under cardio. Log it just like you would cardio and then log your specific lifts under strength training. It's not dead accurate, but none of the exercises on here are, they're just generalized estimates. Rigger

QFT. It's mind over matter, but if you're shooting yourself in the foot every day your mind is not going to be right. Rigger

Peanut butter and chocolate milk before bed, one serving of the two add up to about 500 calories. Cheers. Rigger

Two or three eggs fried or scrambled with Spinach and peppers and whatever else you throw at it and a piece of toast. Rigger
