Personally, I like vegetables, especially processed ones. I plant a garden, the chickens eat my garden, and when I eat the chicken, viola, I'm eating processed vegetables. Cows eat lots of grass, and apparently I really like grass, because I'll never turn down a ribeye. B) In all seriousness, If giving up meat for dinner…

Water retention from new exercise and logging inaccurately are your most likely causes. Do you use a food scale and weigh everything? If not, then you're really just guessing at how many calories you're consuming. Also, as previously stated, it's only been two weeks, that's a drop in the bucket. Rigger

More meat for me then. Rigger

What does this hack have against egg yolks? Omega 3's from fish oil is okay but omega 3's from eggs are not? Rigger

Restraint, I exercise restraint regarding my caloric intake, It's the only way to deal with fat. Rigger

Drink plenty of water and don't bother tracking sodium, unless you're a heart patient there's really no need, and even then the research is lacking. Rigger

2-3 eggs, sometimes with toast, sometimes with English muffin or bagel, sometimes with steak, or chops, sometimes scrambled, sometimes basted, sometimes in an omelet, sometimes over potatoes with a trout filet, but always eggs. I can whip up eggs any style but poached in under four minutes. Always eggs. Rigger

Best Foods makes one that's 15 cals per serving, I like it. Rigger

Season your chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika, add chicken stock, diced tomatoes, diced green chilies, jalapenos, black beans corn and cilantro, cook on low, shred and serve over rice or a salad, or however you want, it's awesome. I also like to simply slow cook my chicken with homemade salsa. Rigger

My banners generally show up in Italian, which I find humorous. As for their content, I don't really pay attention. Currently there is one for select quite insurance, I assume because I listen to talk radio on my computer and they're a sponsor. Rigger

Don't sweat it, kids need a high intake, they're typically much more active than adults, and it takes a lot of calories for a body to grow. About a year ago my neighbor (who is overweight) was worried about his nine year old's eating, he was packing in a lot of food and starting to show, then he hit a growth spurt and he's…

That's awesome, I do vertical jumps after my deadlift sets, my best so far is 34" after deads and 38" stand alone. I'm going to start doing single leg box jumps. My goal is to be able to do at 32 what I could do at 18, dunk a basketball as a 5'11" white dude. :p Still have to get back to that 180 range though. Rigger

Don't wait till tomorrow, don't wait for lunch, make the decision to start now. Think "Man in The Mirror" by Michael Jackson, "take a look at yourself and make the change." It really is as simple as deciding to just take that first step now. You'll fall off the wagon a couple times over the first month, but before you know…

What's wrong with diet coke and processed sugars? Sounds like you're dead set on juicing, if so, go nuts, you'll be doing it wrong, and you'll fail, but it's your choice. I can only say that you should set a moderate deficit, track your calories meticulously, and win, if juicing is a part of that, that's fine too, but a…

Eggs, I just had three eggs scrambled with spinach, mushroom, onion, and swiss cheese, it literally took four minutes to make, I can fry or baste eggs in two minutes. Oatmeal is also good to go. Rigger

Sounds like you need a new friend, the one you have doesn't seem to like you very much. Rigger

So many wasted yolks, it's just not right, the yolk is the best part. Rigger

Buy a food scale, weigh everything and log accurately, drink plenty of water to help with water weight so your fluctuations will be minimal, and then be patient. Rigger

I used a barbell and a healthy dose of willpower every day along with a diet consisting of healthy food such as pizza, cheeseburgers, and chili dogs. All those detoxes and pills, potions and old wives tales that Dr. Oz peddles are merely ways of separating the gullible from their hard earned money, no thanks. Rigger

Fat is delicious, but high protein low fat, as posted above, quest bars and jerky, I also like tuna fish. Out of curiosity, why low in fat? Rigger

So have a little piece, honestly, what exactly are you not supposed to eat, I have been at this for well over a year and 80 pounds, I eat pizza, ice cream, twinkies, fast food and all the other stuff I used to eat when I was fat, I just control myself now. You can still eat the good stuff, it's not going to kill you. Rigger

I'm 5'11" and 175 is my goal, I'm 31 and I'm cutting at 2300 per day, Which I'm going to up to 2500, honestly you should be eating at or slightly above maintenance and lift. At 18 and playing football you're not eating anywhere near enough, even for a cut. I play basketball twice a week and football on Saturdays and lift,…

Forget the scale, eat more food, and pick up heavy things, then put them down, rinse and repeat. Do this for a year and don't even bother looking at a scale. Seriously dude, you need more muscle, not less. Rigger

What do we have now, six weeks or so? I should easily drop about eight pounds, and I plan to absolutely stuff myself on thanksgiving and Christmas. The only way I would plan to gain weight before new years is if I were in a bulk, but alas, I just finished one. Rigger

It's guilt, because you know you're neglecting your relationship with the barbell. Rigger

I'd rather be over by 100 than under by 100. All things considered, within 100 is fine, it's not the ten ring, but it's close enough. Rigger

I'm going to eat my weight in pie, shortly after eating my weight in turkey, ham, sweet and mashed potato's, stuffing, rolls, and creamed corn, then I'm going to pass out in front of a football game, then I'm going to stuff a big cooler full of leftovers and go coyote hunting for two days, I plan to eat a pecan pie for…
