I do not know a lot about it, however, I have been seeing A LOT of comments on MFP about eating between your BMR (basic metabolic rate) and TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). Many are having success with doing TDEE minus 20% I believe, kind of like a metabolic reset. Like I said, I know just about nothing about it…

I drink about 16-18 cups per day. I am constantly drinking water and the more I drink, the more I get used to the taste, or lack thereof. I feel a huge difference in how my body actually functions when I am not drinking enough water. I have more energy, my skin is clearer, and I am not so sluggy feeling. I keep 3 bottles…

35 pounds down is A-MAZING! Look at your accomplishment! If I get to feeling too blue, I get the hell outside and into some sunshine. If you can't get out, get moving regardless...it always makes you feel better mentally and physically! You got this, don't let the turkeys get you down!

I try not to think of it as a "cheat" per se. My main goal is to fit whatever I want to eat into my caloric allowance for the day. It doesn't always stop me from going over net calories, but it does help me slow the hell down, knowing I have to log it all. It is definately what kept me from eating ALL the mm's in the house…
