I gave up chocolate, which is HUGE for me because I normally have to have it some form every single day! That being said, I have given it up before, and I stick with it, but it is tremendously difficult for me, because for me, chocolate is a food group!!!

2 pounds only, BUT I've lost 2 inches from my rib cage, 3 from my hips and 1 from each thigh!! I've gone down a bra size and a pants size!!! Wahoooooo
