It scares me that so-called medical professionals implore us to go on potentially harmful birthcontrol to combat the pain of our periods. It seems counterintuitive and bandaid-y. Actually, a tip for serving sizes is to weigh the pasta on a scale. Not just willy nilly put it in based on the size of your hand in a certain position. Some hands are much larger than others.
