I made the EXACT same 'mistake' last week using a Canadian brand. My husband was grossed out, I was offended. Bad scene :( Edit to add: maybe not a mistake if the kids loved it. lol

I always get fudge to take home. But, when I'm at a fair I psych myself out I guess. I go around looking to see what would be worth, but it in the end, I rarely get anything. Last time, I just ended up eating a grilled chicken breast and some corn, which is hardly indulgent. LOL

I found it odd too, when I first started 3 weeks ago, but it was kind of amazing to be in and out of the gym so fast and know the results will still happen.

I definitely do log everything now. I went a little overboard yesterday. Ate over my normal goal but under my maintenance. Still lost a little over 1 lb in the last week and half. Slowly but surely.

This is funny because weight loss has killed my social life. I have to get my Gluteal Goddess in 3X/week so it's do or die. I only drink on weekends and if you look at my diary, I slack on meeting my other macros because of this.

Nowhere in the description do I see anything about red pepper, so this was not an issue of reading. I am using my eyes to see a picture and verify a menu item's ingredients. The things that are covered in brown batter near the top right tomato. If that's not fried chicken pieces, you're eating unidentifiable stuff.

Loose leaf is more likely to contain bigger pieces of rolled leaves. Bag tea is often made from small pieces or dust. Dust is the lowest grade of tea. I personally prefer the good stuff and shop often at DAVIDsTEA.

The do need to be if they were in the fridge when you bought them. In the UK where you live ( I already knew before I even checked), it is not the norm to buy eggs from a fridge or store them there.

I think you're overestimating the calories you burn doing exercise. 40 mins of walking isn't burning 330+cals. If you were running, maybe... 40 mins of circuit training isn't burning 430 cals either. Don't use what MFP tells you exercise is worth.

I do the head up front crawl with arms only using the buoy, do you mean add it in for normal freestyle to help float my hips more? I feel like I might get a little sloppy :(

It must be a popular time of year to do pool shut down maintenance. Mine closes starting tonight for 10 days. I have to remind myself that last year was 3 weeks for the shut down and I can do 10 days just fine.

Great advice! It may sound like woo woo, but it's legit. You need to allow the flow of your body to cleanse you. You must embrace it and allow it to happen naturally. Enjoy a cool bath or soak your feet. The restorative poses are a wonderful idea!

Over time, these movements add up to strengthen you and get you mobile. Don't be discouraged. Go at your own pace with what your comfortable with. Eventually, you'll be able to push yourself harder and for longer. Until then, keep up the good work!

I'll have to ask him. Of course, it would only be fair to consult my boyfriend too. As far as I know, they are quite pleased to see me from behind. No motivation required. My lifestyle is to please me and no one else.
