as the title says! I would like to try a homemade recipe using my protein powder for bars, it is actually very sweet and decadent tasting (5% sweeteners, but I didn't realise this at the time of purchase) I like to have protein bars to take to work, or for a post evening workout snack, but it can be expensive. Just trying to bring a bit more variety to my diet. Any good recipe ideas?

You'll have to experiment with the flavor and texture for your palate, but per bar...

    -35-55 grams Fiber syrup

-3/4 to 1 scoop of any cheap vanilla whey blend

    -1-2 Oreo cookies

I use my chocolate protein powder to make a protein loaf great for, morning snack or with natural, yoghurt

Tin of coconut milk low fat
    2 teaspns cinnamon
    9 scoops powder
    10g cocoa nibs
    20g coconut chips or dessicated
    10 chopped almonds
    10 chopped hazelnuts

Mix in to a batter, place in loaf tin and bake on 180c for approx 20-30 minutes until fork comes out clean

You can play around with the mix, I've used dried fruit, almond milk instead, different nuts etc

Works out about 132 cals per portion on this app

Keep in mind, fibre syrup has a lot of fibre. They aren't joking.

Those look great! I buy my protein powder in bulk so I don't have a scoop. Does your packaging say how many grammes one scoop is? I would love to make these. Thanks for the recipe.
