Didn't have a chance to log on this morning. Yesterday at 4 I got the hangrys. Today I preempted the assault with carrots and bell peppers. Just for this evening :) I'll have a cup of tea :)

I have grain less days and my evening grumps are horrid!!! if you're wanting to cut out grains my suggestions are to choose whole grains when you do eat grains, cloud bread if you want to add protein and reduce carb intake with a sandwich and no grains with supper.
