I SO needed to read this today, because honestly? I find myself geting a bit OCD with all the food info out there & all the studies & on & on, and then end up fearing food & I need the occasional reality check. So seriously, thanks for the laughs AND the reality check. Much needed in a world of food insane people.

I love Leslie Sansone & will join. I walk roughly 5 miles a day, haven't the last two days - so will jump right in!! Would be fun to meet others doing the challenge too. I love meeting new people who are on the same weight loss/get fit journey! :flowerforyou:
