You look fabulous!!! Is this just two days a week? And could you tell us, how difficult was this in the beginning, what were the hardest months?

I'm starting it today. It is a natural extension of 5:2 which gave me a 10 lb lost over past month. For me on 5:2, the day after the fast is not particularly huge, it is the second and third day after. I think Varady also mentioned that somewhere.

I've lost 10 in just over a month. Find it easier than other diets. May go to alternate day fasting. Suggest "laying out" the foods to eat on a fast day the day before so choices don't mix you up.

I am eating three to four days a week and juicing the other days. Why I should eat pathetic little meals, weighing out foods, obsessing over every grain of rice, eating six times a day (an insulin trigger) is beyond me. Cannot do it. There are alot of people here and on the reboot site who last quite a bit of weight. Of course NO DIET is for a few months only, it has to become a way of life. And that is why I am continuing to juice some days to keep the weight off.

I don't buy into the detox thing. But I do buy into a great way to pack alot of nutrients into a small package.

Juicing is one of the simplest things to do. Just juice the damn stuff and drink it. I get fat, protein and fiber.
