Desk job here as well 6-4 then I also do maintenance on my office building from 4-8 M-F. I don't have time for the Gym so my solution is getting to work by walking and or biking. I work 3 jobs, one desk job(full time) one warehousing and janitorial (part-time).. They are all M-f my day typically begins at 5am and don’t typically get home until 11pm.
